Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rtam Yoga website (rtamyoga.in) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Rtam Yoga offers in-person yoga classes (Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial, Therapeutic, Kids Yoga), online workshops, and studio space hire at our studio in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore. Details of each offering are provided on our website and are subject to change.

Bookings & Free Trials

• —Free trial bookings are subject to class availability and instructor approval.
• —Bookings made via WhatsApp or phone are confirmed only upon acknowledgement from our team.
• —We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
• —Repeated no-shows for free trial sessions may result in future requests being declined.

Health & Safety

• —Participants are responsible for informing the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancies before joining a class.
• —Rtam Yoga is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss sustained during classes. Participation is at your own risk.
• —Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins. Late entry may be restricted to avoid disruption.
• —Participants are expected to maintain a respectful, non-disruptive environment in the studio.

Workshop Registrations

• —Workshop seats are limited. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
• —Online workshops will be conducted via a link shared on WhatsApp prior to the start date.
• —Rtam Yoga reserves the right to reschedule a workshop if the minimum number of participants is not met.

Studio Space Hire

• —Space rental is subject to availability and prior booking confirmation.
• —The renter is responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as found.
• —Any damage to studio equipment or property will be charged to the renter.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Rtam Yoga and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
