Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

We understand that plans change. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are accepted for workshops, classes, and studio hire at Rtam Yoga.

Free Trial Classes

Free trial classes involve no payment and therefore no refund is applicable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone so we can offer the slot to another student.

Workshop Registrations

• —Cancellation 48 hours or more before the workshop start date — full refund.
• —Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the start date — 50% refund.
• —Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start date — no refund.
• —If Rtam Yoga cancels or reschedules a workshop, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
• —Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Course Enrollments

• —Once a course has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
• —If you are unable to continue due to a medical reason, please contact us with documentation. We will consider a credit towards a future course on a case-by-case basis.
• —Course transfers to another batch or style may be accommodated subject to availability.

Studio Space Hire

• —Cancellation 48 hours or more before the booking — full refund.
• —Cancellation less than 48 hours before the booking — no refund.
• —In case of an emergency, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 78458 59959 or email rtamyogacbe@gmail.com with your name, contact number, workshop/course details, and payment transaction ID. We will process your request within 2 business days.

Payment Gateway

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds initiated by us will be credited back through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
